On Thursday, the team’s undrafted free agents and members of the nine-player draft class arrived in Nashville for rookie minicamp. On Friday and Saturday, the team worked out at Ascension Saint Thomas Sports Park.

Two former Titans players are signed by the NFC team.

In the first year of the Mike Borgonzi experiment, the Tennessee Titans have been making a total roster change this summer. He spent 16 seasons as an executive for the Kansas City Chiefs before taking over as the team’s general manager. He is hoping to turn the Titans around by drawing on his successful track record.

Borgonzi began the offseason by removing unnecessary players from the roster to free up salary space, which he then utilized to recruit a number of young players in critical need spots. Then, in the 2025 NFL Draft, he added a few strong undrafted free agents and made nine choices.

Packers sign offensive tackle Andre Dillard

Several of the Titans’ former players have found new homes this offseason, and on Friday, ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter revealed that two more guys have landed on their feet. Both Andre Dillard and Nicholas Petit-Frere, former Titans offensive lineman, agreed to one-year contracts with the 49ers.

After being chosen in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft, Petit-Frere was viewed as a flop for the team. Due to injury, he missed nearly the entire season, and when he did play, he performed terribly. Dillard only lasted one season with the squad in 2023, and he performed well as a part-time starter.

The Titans have a lot of youthful talent and have made significant investments in strengthening their offensive line in recent years. These players found a new home with the 49ers in recent years as a result of being considered disposable.
