ESPN: Former Chenango Forks Blue Devil, signs a mega deal with Baltimore Ravens.

Lucas Scott, a former Chenango Forks Blue Devil who was invited to rookie minicamp, is signing a contract with the Baltimore Ravens.
At the NFL level, the former Army offensive lineman can be shifted to fullback or tight end.
While at Chenango Forks, Scott was selected the Class B Player of the Year and went on to win a state championship as a Blue Devil in 2019.
After Justin Tucker was released, the Ravens signed an undrafted kicker.
John Hoyland, an undrafted kicker from Wyoming, was signed by the Baltimore Ravens on Monday to compete with Tyler Loop, a sixth-round draft selection, for Justin Tucker’s position.
In the midst of a league investigation into claims of sexual misconduct, Tucker was cut by the Ravens on May 5. Executive vice president and general manager Eric DeCosta said the release as a football decision in a statement, thanking Tucker for his time in Baltimore.
Tucker is charged with acting inappropriately with a number of female massage therapists. Tucker has been charged by 16 women with misbehavior at eight upscale spas in the Baltimore region between 2012 and 2016. Tucker has refuted the accusations twice in public.
Tucker was a five-time first-team All-Pro and a seven-time Pro Bowler.
Coach John Harbaugh initially stated that the position struggle between Tucker and Loop will be determined by football, not by the results of Tucker’s probe. Loop was selected by the Ravens in the draft out of Arizona.
It will be a fight between two novices instead. After attending the Ravens’ rookie minicamp last week, Hoyland made an impression on the organization and was formally signed.
In 2024, his fifth season kicking for Wyoming, Hoyland went 15-for-19 on field goals and 25-for-25 on extra point tries.
