Cooper, 30, just finished his worst season in terms of stats, catching 44 passes for 547 yards and four touchdowns while playing for the Buffalo Bills and Cleveland Browns. Cooper is well-known to Eagles supporters from his time with the Dallas Cowboys (2018–2021), when he frequently destroyed Philadelphia defenses.
